Morreston have a dedicated team of engineers with many years of experience as air handling unit installers and air conditioning installers and have created a specialised service aimed at the refurbishment of all central station air handling equipment and air conditioning installations.
This service starts with a free on site survey of the existing installation and the production of a detailed report of defects and works required to bring the equipment back to a good level of operation to give many more years of beneficial service to the end user. This service can be followed up by an on- going maintenance package to ensure the refurbished units remain in good working order.

Should the unit concerned be past the point of repair we offer a full replacement service where we supply a bespoke identical match to the unit being removed and allow for all duct, pipe and electrical disconnection and reconnection works along with a full off loading and positioning passage from kerbside to installation point.

At some stage it is inevitable that a water chiller will need replacing when constant repairs to the current system outweigh the cost to replace.
There are many advantages to replacing, the main reason would be the technological advances in current chillers including the improvement in energy efficient units, ultimately saving you money in running costs. With the new F Gas regulations in place, your current chiller would probably also fail the new test for the refrigerant gas
